About Us

Established in 2000 after finishing 5 years studies at London Guildhall University.
We are committed to providing a excellent personal service which has over the years proved to be one of our strongest points as a company.
Our work is divided between private clients and the Royal Collection. We have carried out work in Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Clarence House, Highgrove House, Sandringham, Frogmore House and Royal Library.
Some of the work consists of giving advice and training staff, how to care for the collection as well as practical conservation of objects. Preventive conservation is one of our great passions as it prolongs the life of objects and interiors without minimising the usage. One of the latest project has been working at Maritime Museum, Greenwich.
We also work for interior designers, property companies and furniture shops. Our skills in colour matching and surface treatment is often required by them.
In spring 2007 we completed a course in advanced gilding at FlorenceArt in Florence Italy. Previously we had extensive gilding experience from Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
In 2008 we were involved with the preparation and opening of Dumfries House, Ayrshire Scotland.
In 2009 we received the Queen Elisabeth scholarship award from QUEST, which enabled us to attend a course in gilding restoration in Bologna, Italy. We keep up to date with new techniques and are always interested to expand our knowledge. We regularly attend the international symposium on wood and furniture conservation organised by the Stitching Ebenists in Amsterdam.
